Shipping Policy
We aim to deliver all orders within 24hrs of being harvested, however this can not be guaranteed at all times.
Our current delivery day is Thursday between 9am - 5pm, however we reserve the right to amend this if required. If we need to deliver on a different day you will be given at least 24hrs notice.
If you are not in at time of delivery, we will leave your order in a safe, shaded area close to your front door or if possible inside your porch. Our microgreens are sensitive to temperature. We advise that they are put in the fridge as soon as possible after delivery. If you are not going to be in for a while, we suggest leaving us a cool bag (with ice pack) by your door, to put them in.
Please note, once delivered, we can not be held responsible for any orders that suffer due to being left outside too long.
Delivery delays:
We strive to deliver fresh, naturally grown microgreens to your door on a weekly basis as part of your subscription. However, please note that microgreens require up to three weeks to grow from seed to harvest. During busy periods, there may be occasional delays in delivery due to the natural growing process. If delays occur, we will notify you via email to keep you informed. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we ensure the highest quality and freshness of our products.
