Roast Chicken & Red Pepper Wrap with Micro Salad Spicy Mix

Roast chicken and Red Pepper Wrap
This simple but tasty Mediterranean style wrap is a perfect mid-week dinner full of flavour, texture and nutrition.


Ingredients
  • 1x wholemeal wrap
  • 1x chicken breast
  • 1x red pepper
  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole
  • Sea salt & black cracked pepper
  • 15g (1x handful) Micro Salad Spicy Mix

 

Method
  1. Slice the chicken and red peppers in to thin strips and cook in an air fryer for 20 mins at 180 degrees.
  2. Add a spoonful of sour cream and guacamole to the wrap and spread thinly
  3. Once cooked, add the chicken and red peppers to the wrap
  4. Add the microgreens on top
  5. Season with salt and pepper, wrap and enjoy!
