Ingredients
- Handful (approx. 15g) – Micro Salad Sweet Mix
- 30g - Porridge Oats
- 200ml - Milk (or Milk alternative)
- 50g - 0% Fage Yoghurt
- 1 Tsp. - Chia seeds
- 80g - Mixed Berries (e.g., Strawberries, blackberries & blueberries)
- 1x - Banana
- 1 Heaped Tsp. - Honey
- 0.5 of a scoop - Whey protein (Informed sport & batch-tested approved product for any elite athletes who are regularly tested)
Method
- In a NutriBullet or other blender add your porridge oats and blend until a powder forms.
- Add the milk (or alternative), Fage 0% yoghurt, chia seeds, mixed berries, banana, honey, whey and microgreen smoothie mix, and blitz until a smooth consistency is achieved.
- Pour into a glass, add some ice (optional), and enjoy!
